13th Somme Association Society Dinner Dance. The 'Corps' played a familiar set including, Hey Jude, St Louise Blues, New Recruit, 1914-18, Dads Army, Under Freedoms Flag, Apprentice Boys, Boyne's Red Shore & British Legion March. The 'Corps' was ably conducted by our musical director Laurie Johnston. The consensus of opinion from the audience was that the lads played well and was enjoyed by most of the people there. |

19th Southern Area Memorial Hall (SAMS) Mill St This was a benefit dance for the protestant kids of Fountain Estate Londonderry The 'Corps' (by all accounts) played the best it had played for awhile
and was appreciated by the organizers of the event and all in attendance.Also
playing was an newly formed Liverpool band 'The Blues & Royals' who
are improving quite nicely. |

31st Lisburn Young Defeders Melody Band Comp This will be our first comp of its kind and the first in Ulster. |

26th Annual Band Comp. New Derry Social Club This is our second comp if it is as successful as last years evreyone will be very please.Those bands already confirmed are:- Townhead Young Defenders - Airdrie Grenadiers - Saracen - Ballycoan - Pride of Lagan Valley - Blues & Royals (L/pool) - Highfield (L/pool) - Pride of the North (L/pool) - Larkhall Purple Heroes - Lisburn Young Defenders & Pride of the North (Glasgow). In the evening it will be a culural event including The Johnston Brothers - The Luton & Bedford drum club (hopefully) - The Imperial corps of drums. Anyone who has attended the day time will have free addmitance to the
evening. |

2nd Lord Mayor of Liverpool's Parade The other year we had the title 'Lord Mayor of Liverpool own ' bestowed on us. We have had the honour of leading this parade for a number of years now and long may it continue. 9th A.B.O.D Annual Parade Through Liverpool to Southport and back. The 'Corps' finishes in the southend at SAMS Mill St. |
